The service on Christmas Day went very well and the heating was much admired and enjoyed! When I turned on the heaters at about 9.10am the temperature in the church was 10 degrees (much warmer than normal, of course) and when the service finished it was 15.5 degrees.
Who said it doesn't warm the building as well?!!!
On a normal December day, of course, it would not have been quite so good I am sure. Anyway, thank you for enabling us to have a warm, worry-free day; no descending the boiler room steps and dangling down a sump to change the water level in the boiler room. What a joy!
Now we just need the electrician to come back and finish off and then we can consider the decommissioning of the boiler room and the removal of the oil tank and then the whole job will be done. Yippee!

Can we choose the colour of the panels?Yes. Normally customers ask for the panels to match the timber of the pews. To achieve this we take a picture of the timber and print this on the fabric covering the heater. We cannot guarentee that the image will match exactly since our printers will not have access to a very high resolution image and printing on fabric can distort the image slightly.

What is the delivery time for the panels?We order the panels direct from Germany as soon as we have received payment for the heaters. Delivery to us is less than 5 days and, dependant on the number of heaters you have ordered we can usually deliver to you within four weeks from receipt of payment.

Why do you require payment with order for the heater panels?As active members of our church we are doing this as a missional act and are attempting to keep the cost to churches as low as we possibly can. To this end we have set up the company with the objective of encouraging more people to attend church on cold days. The VAT that you pay funds the supply and printing of the fabric covers. By managing our cash flow this way we can avoid bank charges and and keep costs to you down.

Do you install the heaters or can you recommend an electrician who can install the electical wiring for the heaters?We do not have the abilty or qualifications that would permit us to carry our electrical installations over the wide area that we supply heaters to. Churches usually have local electricians who can do this work or are guided by their DAC, or similar body, towards using an approved installer. We are happy to talk to your electrician advise them on possible zoning and physical the installation of the heaters.
